2. What data we process

account data (email, name, password hash, 2FA settings);
financial entries you enter yourself (categories, amounts, notes, plans);
receipt or invoice images / PDFs – only when you use scanning;
technical data for security and bug fixing (device type, sign-in log).

3. Why and on what basis

to provide the service (contract);
to keep your account secure (legitimate interest);
for AI receipt scanning – only with your consent;
to comply with legal obligations.

4. Artificial intelligence (receipt scanning)

When you photograph a receipt or upload an invoice, the image is sent to an AI service provider to recognise items and amounts. This is done only with your consent. The receipt photo is not stored after recognition.

5. Where data is stored

The database and app hosting are in the European Union. We use trusted service providers (hosting, database, AI recognition); they process data only on our instructions.

6. Sharing

We don't sell data or use it for advertising. We disclose data only to service providers needed to run the service, or where the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. After you delete your account we remove the data within a reasonable period (exact periods will be stated in the final version).

8. Your rights

access your data and get a copy (export to Excel);
correct and delete data, delete your account;
withdraw consent (e.g. for AI scanning);
object to and restrict processing;
lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (e.g. for sign-in and your language choice). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
