These terms apply when you use the EuroCatch website and app.

1. The service
EuroCatch is a personal and small-business bookkeeping and planning tool provided by MB „Pro momento“. It is not financial, investment or tax advice.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in details safe. We recommend turning on two-step protection.
3. Plans and prices
We offer a free plan and paid plans (monthly and yearly). Prices and plan contents may change; we will notify you in advance. The app is free during the beta.
4. Acceptable use
- don't use the service for unlawful purposes;
- don't try to breach security or access other users' data;
- don't overload the system with automated requests.
5. Your data
You own the data you enter. You can export it to Excel or delete your account at any time. See the Privacy policy for how we handle data.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee this during the beta. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Always check calculations and AI recognition results yourself.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies.
